Pumpkin spice season is here, which means fall is quickly approaching. The cooler weather will make it more desirable to spend more time outside, here are some fun fall activities for the whole family.
The Dallas Arboretum
In the fall, the Dallas Arboretum goes all out displaying thousands of pumpkins. The theme for their pumpkin patch this year is Texas Town. There are many photo opportunities around the garden. You are even able to have a picnic on anywhere on the grounds. They also host different classes about horticulture.
Attend a Football Game
With fall comes football season! Go out with your friends to a tailgate and cheer on your favorite team.
Go to a Fall Festival
Fall festivals are a fun activity for the whole family. The festivals usually have food, games and contest. The fall festivals closer to Halloween allow the kids to wear their Halloween costumes.
State Fair of Texas
The State Fair of Texas is in the fall from September 29 to October 22 at Fair Park. There are many attractions are the fair including, food, rides, exhibits, and live music.
